Dear Beloved,
If you are reading this, it means I have been taken in the rapture, and the Holy Spirit, who once dwelled within believers, may no longer be present in the same way. I know this is a time of deep uncertainty and turmoil, but I want you to know that you are not forgotten. I write this with love, hoping to encourage and guide you as you navigate the days ahead.
One of the most important virtues you can hold onto now is self-control. The Holy Spirit, who once strengthened believers and restrained evil, may no longer be at work as before. But the call to live with wisdom, integrity, and discipline remains. Even in the darkest moments, you have the ability to choose righteousness and stand firm in truth.
Here are a few reminders to keep you anchored:
Guard Your Heart and Mind – In a world filled with chaos and deception, protect your thoughts and emotions. Cling to truth, seek justice, and walk in righteousness, even when it feels like everything is crumbling around you.
Practice Self-Control – Without the Holy Spirit’s immediate guidance, fear, anger, and despair may try to consume you. Be intentional with your words, actions, and decisions. Even in the face of hardship, you have the power to choose faith over fear.
Seek Truth – Deception will be everywhere. Do not be easily swayed by false promises or misleading voices. If you have access to Scripture, hold onto it as your source of wisdom and light. Truth is your greatest shield against the lies that will seek to ensnare you.
Show Love and Compassion – No matter how dark the world becomes, kindness and love still matter. Help those around you, offer encouragement, and be a source of strength for others. Even in tribulation, love remains a powerful force.
Stay Watchful and Hopeful – The road ahead will be difficult, but do not give up. Stay vigilant, discerning, and prepared. Even when fear surrounds you, fix your eyes on what is good and true.
Though the Holy Spirit’s presence may feel distant, faith, love, and self-control remain eternal. Hold fast to these virtues, and let them be your guide through the trials ahead.
You are not alone. You are deeply loved and being prayed for.
With hope and steadfast love,
Your friend.
